Program Spotlight

Fitness, friendship, and encouragement—together.

Fitness Friends brings people together for adaptive movement sessions led by experienced professionals.

Each session offers more than exercise. It is an opportunity to build confidence, discover new ways to move, and spend time with people who encourage one another.

No pressure. No judgment. Just movement, support, and community.

Stories of Hope

“I found people who understood without needing an explanation.”

Before discovering MS Bright Spots of Hope, I often felt like I was navigating MS on my own. Here, I found people who understood the uncertainty, the adjustments, and the importance of celebrating good days.

How Bright Spots Began

Created from lived experience. Built around community.

MS Bright Spots of Hope was founded in 2016 by Michelle Keating, a registered nurse, MS-certified educator, advocate, and longtime member of the MS community.

After living with MS for decades, Michelle understood that medical care is only one part of the journey. People also need friendship, encouragement, practical education, opportunities to stay active, and spaces where they feel fully understood.

That belief inspired an organization dedicated to helping people affected by MS discover more connection, confidence, wellness, and hope.
